One of the first things each new royal family hears from those visiting our festival and celebration from around the state is “it goes fast” and WOW that was certainly the truth once again this year! Before the current court quite realized how true that statement was the majority of our parade season was over and they began hearing things about the upcoming Candidate Experience Programs. Lindsey, Em, Reina, Gemma, Ellie, and Marilyn had the most magical year visiting dozens of communities across the state and giving back at a variety of events and activities in the STMA community and our friendly city of Albertville but alas all good things do eventually come to an end and the chapter turns to the next.

It is with excitement, anticipation, and a bit of sadness from the currents that we began our Junior and Senior Candidate Experience programs in March. Three wonderful young women and six first graders joined our current family and program for a wonderful few months filled with growth, opportunity, community, and of course fun! We have loved getting to know these new faces to our family and are excited to continue to get to know them more as we make our way to our annual Friendly City Days festival this June.

In our next feature, we will introduce all of them to you and you will have the opportunity to learn a little more about them and find out where and when you can meet them in person. Until than we are soaking up every moment we have with the 2023-2024 family and our time getting to know these special leaders of tomorrow who have joined our Candidate Experience Programs.
